Conference Invitation Letter
For visa application purposes, the conference organizing committee can provide official invitation letters.
How to Request an Invitation Letter:
Complete conference registration and payment
Send request to ekoranteng@uew.edu.gh
Include your full name, passport number, and registration ID
Receive PDF invitation letter within 3-5 working days
Important Notes:
- Invitation letters are issued only to registered and paid participants
- The letter does not guarantee visa approval
- The conference organizers cannot intervene with embassy decisions
- Allow sufficient time for visa processing (minimum 4 weeks recommended)
- Check specific requirements for your country of residence
